The 94th China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) opens on 21-24 October 2026 at the Capital International Exhibition Center in Beijing. GRZAN will be exhibiting on booth A1N05 in Hall A1, inside the testing, regulatory consulting and registration zone, and invites manufacturers, distributors and investors to reserve a meeting slot before the show.
Why CMEF is the right place to plan next year’s registrations
CMEF is the largest medical device exhibition in Asia and the sector’s main meeting point in China. For an exporter, the value is not only the four days of foot traffic: it is the one week each year when regulators, notified bodies, testing laboratories and registration consultants are in the same halls as the manufacturers who need them. Decisions taken at the show – which market to enter first, whether to file in China, which certificate to renew – tend to set the agenda for the following twelve months.
The 2026 autumn edition runs over four days at the Capital International Exhibition Center, with product pavilions covering imaging, IVD, orthopaedics, medical consumables, rehabilitation and home care, together with the ICMD manufacturing and design zone.

Our stand sits at the southern edge of Hall A1, in the row reserved for testing, regulatory consulting and registration services – a short walk from gate 04 and the A1N09 block. The floor plan below shows the exact position.

- Latin America, the Middle East and Africa: ANVISA/BGMP, INVIMA, COFEPRIS, SFDA, MHRA and the African PPB and EFDA routes;
- Post-market obligations: UDI, vigilance reporting, certificate maintenance and renewal planning.
If you already know which market you are targeting, bring the product’s intended use, classification rationale and current certificates. A 20-minute review on the stand is usually enough to tell you which documents are missing and how long the file will take to prepare.
